A simple access control could be solved via folders with departmental permissions (active directory). Employees from other departments can contribute content themselves thanks to standardized Word file and ST4 Word import with format mapping table. This meant that it was not necessary to purchase an additional IT system, but a professional platform with an existing editorial system could still be implemented.
