Kerstin Berke studied Communication and Documentation (B. Eng.) at the University of Applied Sciences in Aschaffenburg and then International Specialized Communication (M. A.) at the University of Hildesheim. She got to know SCHEMA ST4 and SCHEMA GmbH during the Graduate Academy 2018 and has been working there as a trainer since 2019.
